Setup:
5 - 8 players.
Cones x 3
Supply of balls.
Execution:
Player A passes on ground to player B. Player A then runs to half way.
Player B receives and passes to player C.
Player B follows the pass to player C.
Player C receives and passes to player A. Player C then exchanges position with player B.
Player A receives and passes on ground to player C in their new position.
Player A follows pass to new position.
Player C passes on the ground to player B, player C then follows pass.
Player B passes on the ground to the new head of queue, then follows pass to the end of queue.
Variation:
1. The long pass at the start of the drill is played in the air.
2. The long pass at the end of the drill is played in the air.
3. Both long passes at the start and at the end of the drill are played in the air.
