Give and Go Passing

Setup:
8 players - 4 Black, 4 Yellow working in a 20 x 20 area.
7 Cones.
Supply of balls.

Execution:
Both sides of the area work at the same time in groups of 4. First player passes into the centre.
Second player, receives on half turn and passes to the third player.
Third player receives and passes to fourth player.
Fourth player dribbles to the start.
Players follow their own pass.

Variations:
1. First player plays a “one two” with the second player at the initial pass. Then passes to the third player. The sequence continues as before.

2. First player plays a “one two” with the second player at the initial pass. Then passes to the third player. Third player receives and then plays a “one two” with the fourth player. Fourth player receives and then dribbles to the start.

3. Working with two groups together. First player plays a “one two” with the second player at the initial pass. Then passes to the third player. Third player receives and then plays a “one two” with the fourth player. Fourth player receives and then dribbles round to the start of the opposite group.
