Up – Over - Up – Back - Diagonal
Set Up
Place two players in the middle of the square, in addition to the outside players. Change the direction of the drill after a period of time.
Organization
The sequence is as follows:
- First pass goes to the middle player
- Next pass to the opposite corner
- Then to the top middle playerWho drops the ball to the other middle player
- Who plays a diagonal pass to the top cornerAnd then the drill repeats
Coaching Points
- Middle player check to receive pass
- Play one touch passing, if possible
- High ball speedPass with the proper foot
- Middle players must maintain high concentration
- Rotate the players and change the direction of play after a period of time
