Tactical 4-3-3 Exercise

Development:

  • 6 to 8 players.
  • Two teams of 3 or 4 players (3x3 or 4x4) in a reduced field of dimensions of 15x15 meters.
  • Each team will have two smaller goals to defend and two smaller goals to score.
  • Each player can give a maximum of 3 touches on the ball. If more touches than allowed the ball will be given to the opposite team.
  • The player may not, in any circumstances, stand still inside of the goal, making the role of goalkeeper. Also will not be allowed to slide under any circumstances, be mark, avoid the goal or steal the ball.
  • Not worth high goal. Will only be accepted the low goal anywhere in the field.
  • Any lack of place that happened will be charged, and the marker to get at least 2 steps away from the ball.
  • Each match will have duration of 1 minute and a half to 2 minutes and, at the end of this time, losing field teams will exchange field.
  • Exercise that works the very tactic, since the player has to move enough within the field, escaping the marking and finding spaces to receive the pass.

Variations:
You can put a player in each team (4x4) or add a "Joker", which will play with the team that has the ball.

  • You can increase or decrease the number of touches on the ball for each player.
  • There may be a rotation of winning teams rather than defeated.
  • Can be done in the form of a competition between the teams, further increasing the competitiveness among them.
  • Can be made a free work, in the form of active recovery of players, without rules, more free-form.
