Objective
This session will involve a 3v3 + 3 Ronda practice. Focusing on the movement to support the ball, playing on angles and tempo of play.
Encouraging the players to play in the future and prepare for the 2nd movement and phase.
Session 1

Set Up
- 9 Players
- 3 teams of 3 players in each
- 1 team inside the middle of the area and 2 teams on the outside of the area (player positioned alternately)
- Different shapes can be used for the area. See Diagram 1
- The team in the middle combine (every player must touch the ball) then play out to another team and follow their pass out
- The team two teams switch (red outside and yellow inside).
- Restriction on touches (1-3 touch)

- 2nd phases to switch in and switch out

- 1 team inside the middle of the area and 2 teams on the outside of the area (player positioned alternately)
- The team in the middle combine (every player must touch the ball) then play out to another team and follow their pass out
- The team two teams switch (red outside and yellow inside).
- Restriction on touches (1-3 touch)
- 2nd ball is being played amongst outside players
- The 2nd ball must remain with the outside players only

Session 3

Set Up
- 9 Players
- 3 teams of 3 players in each
- 1 team inside the middle of the area and 2 teams on the outside of the area (player positioned alternately)
- The 2 teams on the outside are keeping possession from the players in the middle
- If the players in the middle win possession, they switch with the team that just gave possession away
- For example, yellow bib team gives the ball away to red bib team who keep possession between themselves and the black bib team. The yellow team come into the middle to become defenders
- The size of area and the time limit is managed by the coach
