Triangulation (This is the gap in the schedule when the coach inserts a Topic that the team need work on) 3 v 1
Triangulation between forward + attacking mid + holding mid. The attacking midfielder breaks wide and the holding mid fills the center of the field (into the space left from the attacking mid). One side at a time.
Group One and Group Two Switch sides every 10 attempts.
