Please read the info below...it's important

Please check your Inbox AND Spam folder - You will receive automatic emails from our system of a receipt and log in information to access your products. Sometimes, these emails can end up in your Spam folder (depending on your settings). These emails should arrive within a few minutes. If they don't, please check over the next 5-10 minutes. If they still don't arrive, please contact us here. Include the time and date of your order and what products you ordered.

PLEASE NOTE - Your purchase will be placed in an account for whatever email address you gave in the order form.  You will need to login to the account with that email address and an email receipt will be sent to that email.

Memberships - If you have become a Pro or Elite Member, you will be able to login and immediately access everything in your membership.

Video Orders - If you ordered videos, you will access them via the WCC Training Center where you can view them 24/7 from any computer, tablet or smart phone. Log in details on how to access your videos will be included the emails we send.

eBook Orders - If you ordered eBooks, you will also access them via the WCC Training Center.

Printed Books - We usually mail out books within 24-48 hours. Delivery times depend on the US Postal Service or UPS. For international orders, delivery times vary but can take up to 2-3 weeks depending on the receiving country and their customs and Post Office procedures.
