Improving Your Teams' Speed of Play contains 124 drills, exercises and small-sided games that Coach David Williams has conducted during his many years as a coach with various English Premier League teams.

David Williams, currently the Technical Director of the Norwich City Academy, has extensive coaching experience in the English Premier League. He has coached at Leeds United, Everton, Norwich City, and the Manchester United U19 team. Williams also has experience in the international arena having coached the Welsh National Team and is currently the assistant coach of the Welsh National U21, U19 and U17 teams.
