I agree, Harry Kane was offside and he should have been ruled offside instead of been awarded a penalty.
The 2nd penalty was too soft, another referee could have come to a different decision I believe. So the officials did influence the results of this game. Wanyama's goal was world class, it should be one of the best goals of this season. To add, we have seen in a number of other games, serious offences(warranting a sending-off) by Delly Ali (kicking other players) without been booked. This raises questions about the performance of some of the English referees especially where Tottenham is involved. Thanks - Simon
